Flash chat skin designs

I require somebody with good Flash and design skills to create 10 skins for a chat application that I've written. The skins must be as varied as possible in layout and graphics whilst retaining the functionality of the current application http://www.tinit.co.uk/chat/indexflash.asp
The successful applicant will modify the original skin file which uses a fair amount of actionscript so a good knowledge is also required.
Please quote on price, timescales and send any url's you feel are relevant displaying your design skills.
