Flyer/adverts created and Logo amendment

I am looking for a designer to make the logo from www.bedazzle.co.uk print ready, this may require it to be recreated.

I also require someone with a flair for ideas who can create a flyer/adverts just by looking at the website.

If you think you can do this then please contact me with examples of work and approximate costs of this work.
