Bespoke Database

Hi. I need someone to partner with to create a bespoke database. The partnership will be on-going and the client we will be creating it for will provide regular monthly revenue (as long as we can keep the database updated every so often!!).
This project is for UK only!I require 1 programmer with database skills, online database skills preferred and also preferred is a programmer with existing simple database that we can mold into this product.
