KNOWLEDGE OF SHOPPING CARTS???
posted on 28/11/2002WE'RE currently working on concepts for a client who is a clothing accessories retailer.
THEY have requested a website, and ideally would like the site designed in Flash because of the extra benefits of sound and movement.
ALSO they've just informed us that they now need the ability to sell their small product line of 30 products online, which they weren't originally going to do.
WE will design the site in Flash or HTML, depending on your recommendations. WE are looking for freelancers or companies to work with us on the shopping cart side of the website, as we have no previous experience in this. A sample site of something we like is http://www.ok47.com
The way the shopping cart works and its simplicity on the site is perfect for our requirements.
IF you can offer us something similar to OK47, preferably so we can stay within Flash we need you!!
Advice on other aspects of how an ecommerce enabled site works, such as hosting, merchant accounts etc, would be very useful too, so you have to be able to provide at least 2 good links showing an example of previous projects you've completed.
