Flash website

We are a newly formed PR company looking have a website produced in Flash.
A website we found that is very similar in size and content is http://www.worthevents.com. Obviously a completely different subject matter, but about the size we would want too.
Please supply links to sites you have designed, aswell as rough estimates on a price for the completion.
We are looking to start the site in approx. 2 weeks depending on sourcing a suitable candidate.
