Unified Messaging Service

We intend to set up a unified messaging service for a client. Since we do not have deepend knowledge of SMS/Fax/Mail(...)Gateways and programming them, we are looking for a freelancer to help us out in that area.
We want to set up a service as known from directbox.com / onebox.com / jfax.com.
We are looking forward to be hearing from you with an estimate, together with a listing of projects you were involved and a detail list of the tasks you've taken over.
