Simple XHTML/CSS templates + phpbb skinning

We have a new weblog commenting system going live shortly. Consequently, we are looking for XHTML/CSS designer(s) with weblog/Haloscan/Enetation experience to assist with the following :
a) production of c. 12 comment templates. These are simple XHTML+CSS templates with placeholders for the commenting system's tags. (A summary of the commenting tags will be provided along with a sample template.) Each template should be coded in XHTML and supported by a CSS stylesheet to customise the look and feel. Templates 2-12 may be variations on the original via CSS customisation. All templates to render correctly on NN/IE 5+.
b) Re-skinning a standard installation of phpBB to match our house style/logos etc. Ideally, this will include installation and configuration of phpBB on our hardware (can be done remotely), though designers without PHP/Unix skills are welcome to apply for the design element alone.
