Graphic/ Web Designers Required

I am looking for someone who can provide excellent graphic design skills as well as top quality web design skills for lots of ongoing work.
Only very creative freelancers apply please! I am looking for creatives who can turn out supreme design work quickly and without fuss.
On the web side I am looking for skills in all the main front end languages as well as having excellent back end knowledge.
Location no barrier.
NO ATTACHMENTS PLEASE- if I am interested enough to want to see your work I will email you and ask for attachments individually.
Outline rates would also be appreciated, as well as any links to urls you may feel useful.
