I want to build a dynamic recruitment/community website using php/MySQL and need a freelancer to do the difficult bits. I know exactly how I want the site to look and to perform.
I am based in North Wales. I am preferably looking for somebody who does not think that they are gods gift to the world. Who is prepared to do the graft for reasonable money and who is not tied up on any other project at the moment as I am thinking fast track.
