php site needs finishing

I am in need of a php programmer to finish a site I have been working on.
Our usual programmer couldn't finish the site due to personal problems so we need somebody to complete the job.
The work needed is complicated and would require somebody proficient in php and mysql.
The work that needs completed is to do with the main engine of the site. Full details of what is needed will be sent to applicants that I believe are competent to finish the job.
Please provide examples of your previous php work and an example of the rates you would expect. Please also give an indiction on when you could start the work. I believe the work would take a competent programmer a few days.
Anybody who applies that does not provide what is asked for above will be ignored.
