Viral Email Project

We have received a request from a client to produce a viral email that contains an animation, that when clicked, downloads a programme from the web. This programme adds the animated person to your desktop and every hour, asks you a question.
A correct response produces one action by the animation, an incorrect one another.
When the user tries to remove the icon from their desktop, they will be prompted to visit a website.
Please include details of previous projects as well as costs.
