Port VB Media Player to CE 4.2

We have a Visual Basic Media Player which is based on Windows Media Player 9 and Macromedia Flash and wish to create a version which runs on Windows CE 4.2.

All source code for the VB App will be provided under contract and all work carried out will be to a fixed timescale and cost.

Please provide suitable references and proposal.
