A recruitment project

I am looking for an individual who wants to break into the programming field who has good knowledge of php and mysql. This would be ideally suited to a student or someone who needs to build a port folio of work.
The web site is www.freetorecruit.co.uk it has been set up to for employees who are sick of not getting paid what they deserve because agencies are charging to much.
I would be willing to pay a maximum of £100 for you time in creating the php side of the site and 30% off all profits for the first 12 months.
This requires someone with immagination who wants to use the site as a stepping stone to something bigger!
