Flash Intro

I need a flash intro doing for a distributor of jewelry and watches, through out the UK, It needs to look good, and purvey a fast, dynamic and young image. Quality, Fashion and Performance are all key.
I was thinking of rotating clock face with images in the background, with sound to suit, but I am fairly flexible.
Budget is tight though, most has been spent on the back end, would consider off-shore companies.
Please let me know of prices and examples of work and expected time frame, I would also like to see your ideas before making any final decision.
