Experienced NTFS programmer wanted:
posted on 30/8/2003We need a programmer who has experienced developing NTFS code with the Win32 SDK. The code should be delivered ready to run under Windows2000 and XP/2003 in either runtime or under the WindowsNT Bootup process.
The delivered code should do what is known as Directory Entry cleaning or Directory Structure cleaning for the NTFS filesystem. The delivered code should take in consideration which NTFS version it is scanning as there might be minor differences.
Tasks:
1. Basically, files that have been deleted, their directory entry should be found and overwritten with Zeros.
2. Deleted files small enough to fit within a MFT, should also be overwritten.
