Freelancer required to build an online rebate site similar to 'www.ebates.com' and 'www.greasypalm.co.uk'. Not bothered what platform as long as an admin utility is involved. Users come to site which is populated with ads and links from affiliate sites. User must be tracked from start to finish to allow payment - users account section must be involved. Best price please. Want to get this going ASAP. Support with hosting also required. Allowing for monthly 'retainer' to fix any bugs and develop site accordingly. You will get the job if you can turn this around quickly and you are trustworthy. Other online projects will come from this so an ongoing working relationship is vital.
