Webcam Chat and management
posted on 18/10/2003We are looking to develop a program that enables people to be able to login online and be ready for people to contact them. The system would enable people looking for advice to select a person by a specilist catagory and be able to chat to that person via two way webcam on a private session charging for the session by the minute.
The applications should run on DOT NET Services and MSSQL based servers and require no additional downloads. All applicatants should provide a two paragrah explaination on their experince in this field and how they would tackle the project.
