Kitchen Web Site Required

We are looking for a new up and coming designer that can create a funky but contempory site for our new kitchen showroom based in staffordshire, we are NOT looking for companies, we are looking for a more personal designer maybe student designer or similar, the ideal designer would have preferably done something similar, have a few url's we can view and have a sensible pricing structure.
