Graphic designer North Kent needed ASAP

We are a small internet applications company based in North Kent very near to Dartford Tunnel that are in need of a top notch graphic designer to work as and when required on client projects.
The right person must be prepared to work from our offices, have a natural and imaginative flair for design, be totally at home in using Photoshop and Illustrator, and confident in talking to clients. A good knowledge of flash is desirable but not essential, as is an understanding of HTML (though you will not need to do any coding).
