Flashcom Guru/expert help

We have a custom newly-developed site for Counsellors and their clients, using single-user Flash Communication Servers on counsellor PCs. We have a problem, in that the service works well for some users/PCs, but many clients cannot connect.
We're looking for a flashcon guru who can resolve this difficulty... and, we hope will be able to accept an ongoing expert technical fixer role. While we're all competent programmers here, the comms issues around flashcom and rtmp need specialist attention!
The need is urgent: please respond to this before the 29th Jan 2004, giving some indication of your expertise including a flashcom service you have successfully implemented (just using the macromedia demo code is not enough!), your availability, and a quote for your time, by the hour.
We will try to respond to all who reply to this, but if you haven't heard from us by 1st Feb, please assume the work has gone elsewhere.
