Consultant Web Security, ASP.NET, SQL based in Manchester

I have couple of junior developers working with me on a complex n-tier e-commerce web application using .Net. I need someone who can work with me as a design consultant/ mentor/ tutor so that we dont have to go to first principles on every topic as well as have real world experience to point out potential pitfalls and best practice, and available to discuss design issues from time to time. Should be an expert on Website Security, SQL, ASP.Net, and ideally based within commuting distance of Manchester.
