Directory of Expertise

An online "directory of experts" is required for a university. It must be comprehensive - covering all aspects of how the database might need to be searched by different users, for example by business, research, media… etc. and must be very professionally put together. It will probably require online updating and the possibility of printed reports. The database will have to be built in Oracle and the functionality will have to be created with Cold Fusion. The project will be overseen by the university’s Web Team and the outcome must co-ordinate with the existing web site and its specifications. To be offered externally as a priced contract, or as temporary/part-time employment at the university. Delivery would need to be within a set time scale.
