Restaurant Website Design

Hello, we are looking for a web site designer to produce a seven to eight page site about our restaurant. We have all the words and images ready for each page. We have a small logo, but would like this animated a little and appearing on every page. We would also like a little form that people can fill in to book tables in the restaurant. (please tell us how the form system works). We are unsure how to arrange the name or website 'hosting' so is it possible for you to do this for us? We would like quotes as soon as possible with a breakdown of the costs and the timescales involved. We are ready to start asap. Thankyou, Andy.
