PHP/MySQL shopping cart

I do have a basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL but I require a basic PHP/MySQL shopping cart which I can easily customise and expand if needed. Features:
* Products Page
* Add to basket
* View Basket Content (no shipping/tax calculations)
* Order Form (no credit card, just a simple email form with the selected products)
I don't need a Content Management System. Ideally, I would like to be able to see a working example. It could be a shopping cart offered off the shelf.
