Point of Sale Terminal

We are building a system where we require a module to run a Bar / Restaurant facility. The system will be touch screen and link into a larger MySQL database. Ultimately we will offer stock control, usage analysis and many other features but initially we need someone to build the screen and functionality. The screen design has already been created, we now need someone to write the UI and create the code to integrate it into the rest of the system.
We will be using MySQL, PHP, and Javascript technologies. Tools include Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
