Electronic payment capability required for betting website. Also extensive changes and additions need to be made to the existing site (Incl. adding standard betting functionality and CMS based on batch content upload from excel). Applicants should have detailed understanding of the BETTING industry and prior experience of the developing GAMBLING sites in order to be able to interpret the specification for the latter. A key requirement for this project is that the person or company tendering MUST be able to provide consultancy advice on the pros and cons of the various specialised payment providers that offer electronic payment capability to gambling sites. (The better known firms such as Worldpay will not provide this service). Again we feel that only somebody with specific experience of developing gambling sites will be able to understand and RESOLVE the complex broader business issues relating to getting such a site live.
