Looking for Offline Advertising Campign Help

We are launching a new sms website in 4 weeks from now, for the UK only.
The target group of customers is the 15-30 year old sms-ers, anywhere in the UK, as long as they have their own Mobile phone.
We are already working on Online advertsing, but we need some help with offline advertising as well.
we were thinking about the following offline programs:
- stickers
- radio commercials
- newspapers / classifieds
- busses, etc.
We need you to help us setup these offline campiagns, take care of designing, printing and distribution.
It would be beneficial if you Would, next to the offline campigns, be of help for the online campaigns as well.
We are looking to run this campaign for a longer period of time, and are looking to work with solid professionals.
Please reply with your skills and experience, your offline advertising ideas, your network and anything that you like to add that makes us want to work with you / your company.
Your location MUST BE the UK, I will be setting up our offices in the London Area, so it would work best there, however, for the best part we would be communicating through email, MSN or VoIP internet based services, so its not a 100% given for you to be in that region.
