Online Poker System

Im looking for a programmer who is able to code an online poker system, the poker system should be installed on the user's computer, should have High security , EG: they should not be able to use any type off debugger/disembler/cheat tool to gain advantage on the poker game, user's must be able to add funds via credit card , user's also must be able to play with "play money" - im basically looking for a clone off www.pokerstars.com poker software, my budget can go to $1000 for this software, you can also join in with me in setting this up to earn yourself more $ , apply for this project if ur interested letting me know wiether or not you can do it.
