Flash E-Commerce website

I am looking for a flash expert with high level actionscript skills, usability knowledge and a strong quality designer to co-build a website for a great well known name client of mine. The site will be an excellent portfolio piece. I need to see CVs with all relevant flash website URLs, hourly rate expectations and amount of time per week available. I will be away from the 1st of July to the 14th and will be looking through CVs on my return to meet with suitable freelancers. I am open to this being the start of a long-term freelance relationship and have more flash work available.
