Geocoded system expert for popular UK Tourism site

We are an Oxford based company and one of the top travel sites for England. We need a dedicated expert in PHP/MySQL/CSS/XML and database design and optimization to start ASAP.

Work will involve turning our site into a fully optimized geocoded system, matching hotels to attractions and listing them based on location. Experience in this area is essential and you must have examples of work to show.

Other work will involve:
Restructuring existing database and fully optimizing it for speed and the inclusion of alot more data.
Creating new and optimizing/restructuring existing php templates.
Improving our site administration pages for exceptional content management.
Connecting to our numerous affiliates using xml.
Creating a secure login system for visitors who reserve rooms through our site.
Plus more..
You must also have skills in URL manipulation and be familiar with htaccess & mod_rewrite.
You must be UK based. May be an initial meeting required before work commences.
