Experience PHP programmer required

Hi there,
I am currently running a small website community and I would like to make it a lot more than that.
I basically want to add features to the website which allows certain users to create articles on the fly plus various other features. At present since filtered reality is 100% non-profit I can only offer £100 (on completion) however when the website starts to make money then I can pay a larger amount per job.
