I am looking for a skillful all-round web developer/designer who is at a high standard with Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX and Photoshop. Someone who can fully design, optimize and build websites to a high speed and quality of design as well as hand code HTML and Javascript.
Please show me your best URLs and I am very interested to see funky modern designs in your portfolio.
The current project requires predominantly web development and possibly some design, although I am interested in a long-term work relationship.
I need someone who is extremely reasonable with their hourly rate so please specify your rates for me to consider you.
