Experienced project management consultant required

The work is few hours every week on ongoing basis.
We need help in improving our project management process, from preparing the project proposal to providing maintenance and support.
Areas we are looking to improve include:
- enquiries-to-sales conversion rates,
- communications with clients,
- creating supporting documentation, and
- increasing profit margins.
The projects we normally undertake relate to content management/workflow type web-based applications with an average cost of 0k. They involve teams of 2-3 people working for 2-3 months.
It is essential that you have an experience of running similar types of projects.
