Auto-resize uploaded images in ColdFusion

Hello.

I am looking for someone who can modify an existing content management system written in ColdFusion so that when a user uploads an image it will be automatically scaled and cropped to a correct size i.e 200 by 200 pixels

Only UK freelancers need apply.
