various ongoing web work

I need a reliable freelancer willing to work out of my office in West London on several ongoing projects. Must be fast and have a good ability to pick up a project quickly, dip into existing code and make amendments. Budgets are tight and time is short so I can only pay £40.00 per 7.5 hour day to start with, would suit graduate. Design skills a massive bonus and ability to take a project and run with it to completion. php and data base work could be useful to but must have flash/html etc
