DHTML / HTML / CSS Coder

I need someone to knock me up a DHTML/CSS menu and possibly also convert a few PSDs into HTML / CSS.

This is a one off project, but there will likely be regular work if it works out.

The menu is two level, both levels need to be horizontal. On MouseOver the bottom level needs to slide in from the right.
