Web Monkey Required

Web developer required, design skills are a bonus, for ongoing work. I am a developer/designer myself and do not have enough time to complete all projects.
Must be able to prove capabilities and work fast, keeping to extremely tight deadlines and budgets.
Tidy, well structured code is essential. PHP/MySQL//HTML/CSS are essential. Flash and Actionscript preferable, as are server skills LINUX/APACHE and other open source software.
