ASP Documentation

Someone with good knowledge of Active Server Pages (legacy ASP, rather than .NET) to look at screenshots and accompanying code and write a summary of what each page does, including any table dependencies. Estimate around 200-300 words description for each page.
There are six pages to be documented in the current round, potentially 40+ thereafter if the successful applicant does a good job.
Please tell me what your experience is with ASP and what you estimate your charge for the work (all 6 pages) would be.
I'm looking for a developer, rather than a technical author for this role.
