eCommerce Lingerie Website

We have a client who is interested in starting an online store akin to www.figleaves.com
Due to work pressures we are looking for freelance individuals, team or companies to help us complete this work.
The system should:
1. Include full ecommerce facilities allowing users to pay via credit/debit card
2. Be designed to XHTML 1.0 standards
3. Conform to basic W3C Web Accessability Guidelines
4. Include a Content Management System to add new items and remove existing ones
Essentially if you quote for all the functionality you see at FigLeaves you will be covering all our bases.
We would expect to use PHP and MySQL to develop the system, but we will consider other languages if you are more comfortable.
This project is to include both creative and technical development. We will consider this as a job share with one party tackling design and the other technical development. So if you can do one but not the other then you can still apply!
Please reply with an indication of hourly rates or a figure for the whole project, a time-frame and examples of past work (if possible).
Location doesn't matter, but must be UK based.
