PHP/MySQL Developer

I am looking to delagate some of my php work. Most of this is helping me finish sites, progress projects and generaly help me get the work out of the way.
It is unlikely to be complete sites, this might change as time goes on.
If you want to respond please let me know your hourl/daily rates and an online portfolio. Email addresses and MSN or AIM would be good too.
If possible I want to use a UK based freelancer, however if your prices are OK I might go for an overseas applicant.
