1st4.com moving forward
posted on 20/6/2005At present 1st4.com is missing out on sales as it it sitting out on the proverbial internet layby. It needs a helping hand so it can mix it with the rest.
What ideas can you implement to build on 1st4 current look/feel setup are they proven or innovative. How should 1st4 develop. You need to be able to implement the ideas suggested and give a timeline/cost model. Open to different cost models results based ie: paid on ROI or scaled profit share.
Strategy
Expand the offerings of 1st4 under the 1st4 logo and increase exposure whilst retaining a clear, fair and non offensive image
Objective
to fully utilise the business capital of 1st4.com in the same way as Virgin or Easy associate their name to various enterprises
Success measurement
profit generating future structured well utilised site
