3D Multiuser Chat

Looking for a functional 3D Muliuser Avatar chat environment, creating using Director/Havok ... functionality practically identical to http://www.maidmarian.com/MOONBASE.htm
A basic 3D room with ability to enter as a character (a Cube for now), with chat functionality (using speach bubbles on screen as well as chat box) as well as interaction using arrow keys, will do, until characters etc have been designed
