Converting webpage content into another website

I need to convert content in two websites to another website.
There are two types of content.
One website contains faq - question and answer type.
so you need just copy question and one correct answer.
Website is coolinterview.com
In another other website, there is question - multiple choice answers will be there. For this i will be giving quiz software with which you have to creat quiz. Website is testsworld.com
In the quality checking if there is an error (eg the dataentry mismatched between the source website entry and destination website entry) found one negative point will be given. If the negative point reaches 20 then only 50% of the total amount will be paid out. If it reaches 100 your project will be termintated.
This is very easy job for those who understand what i mean.
