PHP Programmer for developing existing dating site

Looking for a programmer for a project of further development on an existing dating website, need to build the admin section, test payment system, intergrate chat functions plus few othr issues, also maintenece.
the site is written in php, on a linux platform with MySql database.
We are looking for a seriouse commited person who can produce excellent results fast.
