Drop catching .co.uk script

Require a very fast, proven to work script either php, perl or complied c to be run off my linux vps. The script must query the Nominet DAC (adhering to their max guideline limits- email for specifics) with whatever domain names i choose and upon receiving a drop response must fire off an email to Nominet requesting that domain in the name of my TAG. Serious coders only. Script must be fully active and have proven to catch at least 2 out of 5 example domains that i set before payment will be made. Coders preferable to have experience with the UK drop catching system and the DAC.
