Website & back office required

I am looking for someone to build website for me which will be very heavily email and form orientated. My preferred format is Php/mysql I am not interested in anything .net or coldfusion. I will also require a backend to deal with database etc. Single person (No companies please)who is a bit of an all rounder and not afraid to think outside the box would suit me best. Must be prepared to enter into confidentiality agreement
