Wordpress developer

I'm currently looking for a freelance wordpress developer for an interesting project.The main added functionalities will be done by adding plugins, but we will need to be sure there are bug free, and to develop new functionalities if necessary. The project need to be launched at the begining of March, so ...
We are looking for someone who know well the WordPress to avoid any troubles.
In addition to wordpress, the person will need to know PHP, web Standards and Mysql.
