Experienced WEB DESIGNER required

Small media start-up company require a experienced WEB DESIGNER to consult on a large music industry recruitment type website. You must have experience in designing large sites with a lot of function rather than just graphic based sites. Experience in the music industry also a bonus.
The idea candidate must be able to work remotely and provide a working HTML site based on basic HTML templates only. A development team will take the HTML and convert to .NET and add all needed function. You must be able to provide all design and HTML layout.
The candidate must be able to be contacted at all times during office hours via MSN and telephone. They must work quickly to a tight deadline.
