Shoping cart and sage integration

We would like to setup an online store to sell approx 100 different skin care products. The customers would pay by credit card. Ideally I would like the stores database to link to our Sage Line 50 accounts package too.
Can you give us a rough a quote and time scale involved? Would you use an established solution like Zen Cart, Actinic etc or design one from scratch?
