CMS Sports Site Needed

I need someone to work with me on a re-build of an existing website.
It’s a sports site and I need to have a CMS where I can add different types of news, profiles and results.
I also need to manage adverts, allow different people in to use CMS.
There are a couple of little things such as a countdown to the next event and a ticker-tape.
I have designed the site and it is reasonably simple.
This must be done within two weeks so it’s a big project but I’ll reward you well.
